Ben was back from a pleasant visit to Tasmania where he got the chance to meet up.with Lucy. At 5:45ish Theo has a very large mug of coffee. In the smells segment Theo notes he needs to find the source of a dead rat sort of smell in his podcasting room.  Ben remembers a T-shirt with 'no rules over 10,000ft' around 53mins in.
